Halos buong mundo ay apektado ng mabilisang paglaganap ng c0vid-19, ayon sa Pamahalaan hindi basta-basta maibabalik sa normal na buhay na ating kinagisnan hangga’t wala pang nadiskubreng gamot laban sa v1rus.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, ang General Community Quarantine ay siyang tatawaging “Bagong Normal” na buhay ng bawat tao.
Sa ngayon naitala ang kabuuang bilang ng mga infected sa v1rus na nasa mahigit 4,100,000 at 200,000 naman ang namatay sa buong mundo.
Mayroong pabuyang inilahad ang Pangulo na nasa 50 Milyon sa kung sino man ang makagawa ng gamot sa c0vid-19.
Maraming mga trial na ang ginawa sa iba’t ibang klase ng gamot na posibleng maging epektibo, pero karamihan sa mga ito ay hindi maganda ang resulta.

Remdesivir has taken the place of hydroxychloroquine, which was initially believed to be the miracle cure for C0VID-19. Researchers from the U.S. government-run trial found out that Remdesivir may hold the key in C0VID-19 cure.
While this drug doesn’t necessarily cure C0VID-19, it helps to ease the recovery times for the patients. The executive director of the WHO, Dr. Mike Ryan, revealed that there’s ‘signals of hope there for the potential use of the drug.’
More testing is required before finally approving Remdesivir for public use. As of now, the United States government has approved it for emergency use only. More clinical trials are needed to test the effectiveness and the safety of this drug for all C0VID-19 patients.
